Shipping Information
We ship to all U.S. states and territories via the United States Postal Service (USPS), and offer UPS Worldwide shipping for international orders. Please note that some products have restrictions and cannot be shipped internationally.
When you place an order, we’ll provide an estimated shipping and delivery date based on the availability of your items and your chosen shipping method. Shipping date estimates will be shown on the shipping quotes page, and please allow extra time for order processing.
We charge a flat shipping fee of $10 for all orders. Orders over $200 will receive free shipping. Some items may have additional shipping fees based on their weight, and the weight of each item is listed on its product detail page. All weights are rounded up to the nearest full pound to comply with shipping company policies.

Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items ordered online within 7 days of delivery for a full refund less initial shipping costs, either by mail or directly to our store. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. All returns must be fully insured, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.
You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (3 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3 to 10 business days).

Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only if the package has not yet been shipped. A complete refund will be granted for any cancelled order, or any cancelled items within an order. Once an order has been shipped, the buyer will have to go through the return process after receiving the package.
