Shipping

We currently ship to all U.S. states and territories through the United States Postal Service. We offer UPS Worldwide shipping to all international locations. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Standard shipping rates for most items we sell are flat-rate. Certain items‘ shipping is calculated by weight. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items ordered online within 7 days of delivery for a full refund less initial shipping costs, either by mail or directly to our store. We will cover the initial and return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item), otherwise, return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us immediately. All returns must be fully insured, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.

You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (3 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3 to 10 business days).

Exchanges

We are happy to accept in-store exchanges. If an exchange is made for an item with a lower cost than the original, then the difference in price will be refunded to the original form of payment. We reserve the right to ask for photo ID to ensure that the individual making the exchange made the original purchase.

Exchanges for online orders must be initiated within 3 days of receipt of goods. Contact us and we will provide a return shipping label and make the exchange process simple as possible. Most often, exchanges cannot be sent out until we receive the original order. 

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only if the package has not yet been shipped.  A complete refund will be granted for any cancelled order, or any cancelled items within an order.  Once an order has been shipped, the buyer will have to go through the return process after receiving the package.
